Organic extra virgin olive oil from wild olive trees. Produced from wild olive trees that have been growing on the Estate for centuries, Volvi Estate wild olive oil is a unique superfood. Produced from within a natural reserve and protected Natura area, completely organic, unfiltered and with a concentration of phenolic compounds considerably higher than required by the EU Regulation 432/2012 for the protection of blood lipids, it is an ideal health enhancer. Consumed raw, 10gr per day ensure maximum biological (antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, cardioprotective and neuroprotective) activity.
