Just like fine wine, traditional foie gras, gets better with time. Before tasting foie gras, place it a few hours in the fridge. Take care to get out the foie gras 15 minutes of an hour before serving. No preservatives or antioxidant, our foie gras can exhibit a slight dark color surface, guarantee of authenticity and naturalness that will increase once product gets sliced. Serve your foie gras with a grilled country bread and a sweet white wine or champagne. You can also decorate your plates with a fruit confit, a gingerbread spices or a mini-fig refreshed with Armagnac. As starter, count two generous slices per guest (around 50g).
