Description
The block of foie gras is ideally degustated with a sweet white wine or liqueur : Jurancon, Côtes de Gascogne or a light red wine and served with a fruit chutney to develop all its flavors. Place the block on the fridge. Get out and open the block 15 minutes before slicing with a thin knife warmed in hot water. Serve on toast, freshbread, brioche bread or in a salad.
Ingredients: goose foie gras, water, salt, sugar, peper.
